Business Knowledge is the brain of your AI. It defines the rules, policies, and constraints that your agent must follow during conversations.

Policies & Rules

  1. Go to Agent Configuration > Business Knowledge.
  2. You can configure various policies to guide the AI's decision-making:
  • Accepted Guarantees: Specify which guarantee types you accept (Visale, GarantMe, etc.).
  • Client Profiles: Define who your target audience is (Buyers, Tenants, Investors).
  • Minimum Income: Set income-to-rent ratios for qualification.
  • Required Documents: List the documents required for an application.

Custom Responses

You can teach your AI specific answers to common questions that might not be covered by the general property details.

  • Q: "Do you accept pets?"
  • A: "Yes, small pets are allowed with an additional deposit."

Constraints

Set hard limits for your AI:

  • Maximum Budget: Don't offer properties above a certain price range to unqualified leads.
  • Service Area: Define the geographic area you serve.

By fine-tuning the Business Knowledge, you ensure that your AI acts exactly like a trained member of your staff.
