Welcome to the NoviaMind family! Setting up your account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started.

Creating an Account

1. Visit the Sign-Up Page: Go to noviamind.ai/sign-up.
2. Enter Your Details: Provide your email address and create a secure password. Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google account for one-click access.
3. Verify Your Email: We'll send a verification link to your email address. Click the link to activate your account.

Note: If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Logging In

Once you have an account, you can access your dashboard at any time.

• Standard Login: Visit noviamind.ai/sign-in and enter your credentials.
• Magic Link: Prefer not to use a password? Use our Magic Link Login to sign in via email verification.

Completing Your Profile

Once you've logged in, you'll be prompted to complete your profile.

1. Personal Information: Enter your full name and phone number.
2. Company Details: Tell us about your real estate agency or business.
3. Timezone: Set your local timezone to ensure appointments are booked correctly.

Secure Your Account

We take security seriously. We recommend:

• Strong Password: Use a unique password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA in your security settings for an extra layer of protection.
