Onboarding & First Steps

Congratulations on setting up your account! Now, let's get your AI assistant ready to work.

1. Connect Your Calendar

To allow NoviaMind to book appointments for you, you need to connect your calendar.

  1. Navigate to Scheduling > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect next to your preferred calendar provider (e.g., Google Calendar).
  3. Follow the authorization prompts to grant access.

Tip: Connecting your calendar prevents double-booking and ensures your AI only offers times when you are truly available.

2. Define Your Availability

Tell your AI when you are available for calls and meetings.

  1. Go to Scheduling > Availability.
  2. Set your Working Hours (e.g., Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
  3. Add Buffers between meetings if needed.

3. Create Your First Agent

Your agent is the voice of your business. Let's create one.

  1. Go to Agent Configuration > My Agents.
  2. Click Create New Agent.
  3. Name Your Agent: Give it a friendly name.
  4. Select a Voice: Choose a voice that matches your brand personality.
  5. Set the Goal: Define what the agent should achieve (e.g., "Qualify buyer leads").

4. Test Your Agent

Before going live, give your agent a test call.

  1. In the Agent configuration screen, look for the Test Call or Demo button.
  2. Interact with your AI to see how it responds.
  3. Adjust the Business Knowledge and Properties if needed to refine its answers.
