The Call History section provides a comprehensive log of every conversation your AI has had. This is essential for quality control and following up on specific leads.

The Call Log

Each entry in the call log includes:

  • Date & Time: When the call occurred.
  • Caller ID: The phone number of the person who called (or was called).
  • Direction: Inbound (they called you) or Outbound (AI called them).
  • Duration: How long the call lasted.
  • Status: The outcome of the call (e.g., Completed, Missed, Failed).
  • Agent: Which AI agent handled the call.

Click on any call in the list to view detailed information:

Audio Recording

Listen to the full recording of the conversation to hear exactly what was said.

Transcript

Read a text transcript of the call. This is useful for quickly scanning the content of a conversation without listening to the whole audio.

AI Summary

View a concise summary generated by the AI, highlighting the key points and action items.

Cost

See the estimated cost of the call in credits.

Exporting Data

You can export your call history to a CSV file for further analysis or reporting. Click the Export button at the top of the list.
