Properties
To effectively sell or rent properties, your AI needs to know the details. The Properties section is where you upload your portfolio.
Adding a Property
- Go to Agent Configuration > Properties.
- Click Add Property.
- Address: Enter the full address.
- Type: Select the property type (Apartment, House, Commercial, etc.).
- Price/Rent: Set the financial details.
- Description: Provide a detailed description. The AI uses this to answer questions about the property's features.
Property Details
Be as specific as possible. Include details like:
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Square footage
- Amenities (Pool, Gym, Parking)
- Neighborhood highlights
- Availability date
Tip: The more information you provide, the better your AI can answer specific questions from potential buyers or tenants.
