Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your command center. It provides a real-time snapshot of your AI assistant's activity and performance.

Main Sections

The dashboard is organized into several key areas, accessible from the sidebar:

  • Statistics: View high-level metrics like total calls, qualified leads, and booking rates.
  • Call History: A detailed log of every interaction your AI has handled.
  • Contacts (Cards/Tables): Manage the leads and contacts captured by your AI.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Launch and manage proactive calling campaigns.
  • Scheduling: Configure your availability and manage bookings.
  • Agent Configuration: Customize your AI's behavior, voice, and knowledge.
  • Settings: Manage your account, billing, and team members.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

  • Create a New Agent: Launch a new AI assistant for a specific property or purpose.
  • View Recent Calls: See the latest interactions and their outcomes.
  • Check Upcoming Bookings: See what appointments have been scheduled for you.

Use the Sidebar on the left to navigate between different sections. You can collapse the sidebar for a wider view of your data.
