Meeting Types

Create different event types for various purposes, such as "Property Viewing", "Initial Consultation", or "Phone Call".

Creating an Event Type

  1. Go to Scheduling > Meeting types.
  2. Click New Event Type.
  3. Title: Name of the event (e.g., "Apartment Visit").
  4. Duration: How long the meeting lasts (e.g., 30 min, 1 hour).
  5. Location: Where the meeting takes place (Physical address, Phone, or Video Call).
  6. Description: Instructions for the attendee.

Advanced Settings

  • Questions: Add custom questions to the booking form (e.g., "What is your budget?").
  • Confirmation: Customize the confirmation email sent to the attendee.
  • Reminders: Set up SMS or email reminders to reduce no-shows.
