Contacts

The Contacts section is your mini-CRM within NoviaMind. It stores information about everyone who has interacted with your AI.

Views

You can view your contacts in two modes:

  • Cards View: A visual grid of contact cards, great for browsing.
  • Table View: A dense list view, ideal for sorting and managing large numbers of contacts.

Contact Information

Each contact record captures:

  • Name: The person's name (if identified).
  • Phone Number: Their primary contact number.
  • Email: Their email address (if provided).
  • Status: Their current status in your pipeline (e.g., New, Qualified, Contacted).
  • Tags: Custom labels you've applied to categorize them.

Managing Contacts

  • Edit Details: Update contact information as you learn more about them.
  • Add Notes: Write internal notes about the contact for yourself or your team.
  • Assign to Agent: Manually assign a contact to a specific AI agent for follow-up.
  • Delete: Remove contacts that are no longer relevant.

Importing Contacts

You can upload a CSV file to bulk import contacts into NoviaMind. This is useful for setting up outbound campaigns.

  1. Click Upload or Import.
  2. Select your CSV file.
  3. Map the columns (Name, Phone, etc.) to the correct fields.
  4. Confirm the import.
