My Agents

The My Agents page is where you create and manage the different AI personalities that represent your business. You might have one agent for general inquiries and another specialized for a specific luxury property.

Creating a New Agent

  1. Go to Agent Configuration > My Agents.
  2. Click the Create Agent button.
  3. Name: Give your agent a recognizable name (e.g., "Front Desk", "Luxury Specialist").
  4. Voice: Select a voice from the library. You can listen to samples to find the perfect tone.
  5. Language: Choose the primary language for this agent.

Agent Settings

Once created, you can configure:

  • Greeting: The first thing your agent says when answering a call.
  • Personality: Adjust the tone (e.g., Professional, Friendly, Urgent).
  • Phone Number: Assign a dedicated phone number to this agent.

Testing Your Agent

Always test your agent before sharing the number. Use the Test Call feature to simulate a conversation and verify that the agent behaves as expected.
