Team Management

NoviaMind is built for collaboration. Invite your colleagues to share access to your AI agents and leads.

Inviting Members

1. Go to Scheduling > Team.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter their email address.
4. Select a role (e.g., Admin, Member).
5. Send the invitation.

Roles & Permissions

• Owner: Full access to everything, including billing and account deletion.
• Admin: Can manage agents, campaigns, and team members. Cannot change billing.
• Member: Can view dashboard and leads, but cannot change configuration.

Managing Access

You can revoke access at any time by removing a member from the list.
