NoviaMind offers flexible plans to suit your needs.

• Starter: Perfect for individual agents. Includes basic AI features and limited minutes.
• Pro: For growing agencies. Includes advanced features, more minutes, and priority support.
• Enterprise: Custom solutions for large organizations.

Managing Subscription

1. Go to Settings > Billing.
2. Here you can:
   • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
   • Update your credit card information.
   • Cancel your subscription.

Invoices

View and download your past invoices for accounting purposes. Invoices are automatically generated at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Credits

Some features, like outbound calls, may consume credits. You can purchase additional credit packs if you run out before your monthly renewal.
